"Taste is pretty offensive. Try to shoot it as far back of my mouth to miss my tongue as possible. If it works then it will be worth the taste. Have been taking for about 2 weeks. Have not had improved sleep thus far, just lots of dreaming. Going to give it more time to see if there is a change with sleep."
