Processing Time

All orders placed before 8:00 a.m. PT will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. PT will be shipped the following business day.

During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), order processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $6.99
  • 2-Day Shipping: $15
  • Next-Day Shipping: $25

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (e.g., weather or postal disruptions).


Subscription Orders

All subscription orders ship free of charge and are automatically processed based on your chosen delivery frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You can manage or modify your subscription at any time through your account.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
